AL.As a Project Manager I your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead end-to-end delivery of a single project from concept through implementation and post-project assessment.Own project outcomes, ensuring delivery within established timelines, scope, and budget.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations using appropriate project management tools.Ensure adequate team resourcing and capacity planning to support project execution.Partner with cross-functional teams to assign tasks, drive execution, and ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, technology teams, compliance partners, and external vendors.Monitor, track, and report project progress through established management information systems.Create and deliver status reports, presentations, and executive updates as needed.Communicate project expectations, updates, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively to stakeholders and team members.Apply core project management principles to manage scope, schedule, risks, budget, and interdependencies.Track milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely completion.Identify, document, escalate, and support mitigation of project risks and issues, ensuring alignment with AML regulatory requirements where applicable.Support financial tracking, including budget management, forecasting, and reporting.Participate in and support Agile delivery practices, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.Contribute to successful delivery within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworkCandidates should possess strong proficiency in:Project Management principalsOrganizational, prioritization, and communication skillsFinancial management understandingResource planning, schedule management, and risk managementPNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Project may require a partnership with multiple segments or channels. Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes. Typically, project size may reach or exceed $500k.Plans and schedules project timeliness and milestones using appropriate tools. Accountable to ensure project team is resourced as needed.Partners with project team members to assign tasks, direct activities, and control project execution. Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the project.Tracks and reports progress (management information system).
