Access to a major airport is required.About The RoleIn this role you will be responsible for driving sales and services to new and existing customers in the Community Hospitals space. They are responsible for maximizing customer value and satisfaction by aligning complex product solutions and services with key customer initiatives. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers or potential influencers; and managing a longer sales cycle.Key Responsibilities IncludeDemonstrate advanced knowledge of how BD offerings match with customers' unique business needs.Serve as a leader in maintaining balance in all areas of the pipeline, ensuring consistent sustainable resultsProactively demonstrate to the customer the defined value of partnering with BD both pre- and post-salesIdentify and qualify new sales opportunities and develop plans for introducing new solutions through collaborative relationshipsBuild and sustain relationships founded on trust with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyaltyNegotiate and collaborate with the customers and colleagues to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomesRequired Education And ExperienceBachelor’s Degree required.At least 3 years of proven success within a B2B sales role required. Must have experience in Pharmacy, IT, Nursing, and/or C-suiteDemonstrated success in managing long sales cycles from lead generation to closeStrong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skillsMust live within territory and can travel up to 70% of the timeMust possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license and a satisfactory driving record.Preferred Qualifications5 years of capital sales experience preferred.
