Sales Operations Coordinator | MSP
We’re a growing Managed Service Provider looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Sales Operations Coordinator to help our sales team move faster, stay organized, and close more business.This role is central to our growth. You’ll help manage pipeline visibility, coordinate proposals, qualify leads, support sales meetings, and ensure smooth handoffs from sales to service. The right person is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment.What you’ll doMaintain accurate and current records in CRM/PSA systems such as ConnectWise Manage and GlassHive.Track opportunities, activities, stages, and next steps.Monitor pipeline health and flag stalled or at-risk opportunities.Generate weekly pipeline and forecast reports.Coordinate quotes and proposals using ConnectWise Sell.Support pricing, approvals, and service configuration workflows.Respond quickly to inbound leads and qualify prospects based on fit.Schedule discovery calls, assessments, and client meetings.Prepare agendas, materials, and documentation for sales activities.Coordinate with technical teams for pre-sales support.Ensure signed agreements, scopes of work, and documentation are complete.Manage the handoff from sales to service delivery and onboarding.Support reporting on lead conversion, close rate, sales cycle length, and average deal size.Assist with campaigns, events, contact lists, and follow-up communications.What we’re looking for2+ years in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar administrative sales role.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Experience with CRM or PSA systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Preferred experienceMSP, IT services, or technology environment experience.Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Sell, or GlassHive.Exposure to IT services, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions.Experience supporting a quota-driven sales team.What success looks likeCRM data is accurate and complete.Proposals are turned around quickly and consistently.Leads are responded to promptly.Pipeline reporting is reliable and actionable.Sales-to-service handoffs are smooth and complete.Compensation & benefitsCompetitive base salary, commensurate with experience.Performance-based incentives tied to team success.Health benefits and paid time off.Professional development opportunities.
