About Our Client:The organization operates as the digital and technology division within a major North American food service company, focusing on creating and scaling digital products to enhance guest and client experiences across hospitality sectors including Business & Industry, Education, and Healthcare. It addresses challenges in hospitality by optimizing digital touchpoints and leveraging data to improve guest satisfaction and operational outcomes.2. About the Opportunity:The*Technology Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of technology deployment projects across North America''s food service operations. This role ensures that technology implementations are delivered effectively to support field teams in enhancing guest experiences. The position plays a critical role in managing project lifecycles to achieve timely, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.3. Responsibilities:• Deliver projects on schedule, within scope and budget.• Maintain detailed project plans and accurate documentation.• Ensure timely delivery of project outputs.• Respond promptly to communications and information requests.• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, clients, and vendors throughout projects.• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with regular status reporting.• Approve scope and process changes to secure necessary funding.• Identify and report project risks to management.• Manage project issues, changes, and risks through formal processes.• Conduct thorough testing to validate technology meets requirements.• Lead user acceptance testing sessions with end-users.• Track and reconcile project financials, including vendor and client invoices.• Provide project cost summaries at project close.• Transfer technology knowledge to support teams upon project completion.4. Requirements:• Bachelor''s degree.• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Sigma, SCRUM, Agile encouraged.• Minimum 5 years managing enterprise projects.• Experience in technology project management preferred.• Skilled in managing third-party vendors.• Expertise in conflict resolution.• Proven ability to manage priorities positively.• Strong ownership, responsibility, and commitment to quality.• Effective organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.• Proficient written and verbal communication.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project.• Willingness to travel up to 25%.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range: $85,000-$95,000, plus eligibility for bonus.6.
