This role combines strategic programme delivery with hands-on business analysis, requiring someone who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders while driving projects to successful completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple technical programmes from inception through delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standardsCollaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical requirements, dependencies, and constraintsFacilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-upsUtilize Linear or similar project management tools to track progress, manage backlogs, and maintain transparencyGather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specificationsManage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectivelyDrive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team efficiencyCoordinate enterprise integration initiatives across multiple systems and platformsWork with healthcare payers and providers to understand industry-specific requirements and compliance needsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in technical programme management, delivery management, or business analysis rolesProven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within scopeExtensive experience working directly with software engineering teamsStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience running Scrum teamsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive results under pressureStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred QualificationsExperience with Linear project management platformBackground in enterprise integration projects (APIs, middleware, data integration)Healthcare industry experience, particularly working with payers (insurance companies) and providers (hospitals, clinics)Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and compliance requirements (HIPAA)Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or similarExperience with technical documentation and requirements management toolsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the healthcare spaceCollaborative and innovative work environmentProfessional development and growth opportunitiesCentral NYC office location
