The counselor will support patients through counseling, evaluations, and treatment planning while working closely with other behavioral health professionals.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual counseling and behavioral health supportConduct mental health evaluations and risk assessmentsDevelop and implement treatment plansMaintain clinical documentation in EHR systemsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomesProvide health education and behavioral health support servicesAssist with community-based mental health initiativesQualificationsActive LPC or LCPC license in MarylandExperience in mental health counseling or behavioral health servicesFamiliarity with trauma-informed care approachesStrong written and verbal communication skillsRequirementsCurrent unrestricted Maryland licenseAvailability to work 25+ hours weeklyExperience with EHR systemsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsPreferred ExperienceCommunity-based behavioral health programsIntegrated care environmentsOutreach or public health initiatives$40-$45 Pay Hourly
