Built at the intersection of clinical expertise and aesthetic artistry, EMER delivers transformational results across face, body, and skin.Social media is a core growth engine of the business, driving trust, engagement, and patient acquisition through real, high-impact, clinically grounded content.Position SummaryThis role requires a highly creative, detail-driven content leader responsible for capturing, producing, and managing high-performing social-first content derived from real patient procedures and clinical moments.The Content and Social Lead operates with a high degree of creative discretion, using independent judgment to execute and evolve EMER’s brand identity through visual storytelling, editing language, pacing, and content systems. Creative discretion in this role is not personal preference, it is the consistent application and advancement of brand standards across all outputs.This role also owns content pipeline management, patient storytelling cadence, AI-enabled production workflows, and supports business growth through lead-driving content, community engagement, and patient experience alignment.As performance and output scale, this role may expand into leadership responsibilities and oversight of additional content team members.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe employee’s creative discretion is used to execute, maintain, and evolve the EMER brand identity across all content.Interpret and apply brand standards across filming, editing, pacing, tone, music, graphics, and storytelling structureIndependently generate content concepts, recurring formats, series, and campaign ideas that strengthen brand recognition and trustMake in-the-moment creative decisions during filming (angles, lighting, sequencing, capture prioritization) to maximize usable outputEnsure consistency across platforms while adapting execution to platform-native formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)Identify gaps in content strategy and proactively propose and execute new formats to expand brand equity2) Content Capture, Filming & Clinical Integration (Execution Ownership Required)This role is responsible for capturing high-quality, real-time content within a clinical environment.Film procedures, patient interactions, and doctor POV content using brand-aligned creative judgmentCapture before/after transformations, educational moments, and in-procedure storytelling opportunitiesCoordinate with clinical staff to ensure filming aligns with patient care and does not disrupt operationsIdentify and capture high-value moments in real time without reliance on pre-defined briefsMaintain high daily output of usable content across procedures and patient interactions3) Patient Content Cadence & Story Lifecycle Management (Cadence Ownership Required)This role owns the continuity and completion of patient content stories.Build and manage structured content timelines including pre-procedure, day-of, post-op, and milestone follow-upsFollow up with patients to collect additional assets (videos, testimonials, check-ins) to complete story arcsEnsure before/after documentation is captured at appropriate intervalsMaintain continuity across patient journeys to maximize storytelling impact and conversion potential4) Editing, Packaging & Platform Execution (Quality Control Required)Edit content across formats including short-form (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and long-form YouTubeApply strong hooks, pacing, captions, and visual storytelling techniques optimized for engagementPackage content with clear narrative structure and platform-native formattingEnsure all content meets brand, quality, and compliance standards prior to publishingAdapt editing styles based on performance insights and platform trends5) AI-Enabled Content Creation, Workflow Optimization & Automation (Required)Utilize AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, voiceovers, and content repurposingApply creative discretion to ensure all AI-assisted outputs remain aligned with brand standardsSupport batch production workflows, automation systems, and scheduling pipelinesBuild (Monitoring Required)Monitor DMs, comments, and platform inboxes in a timely mannerRespond using a consistent, high-touch, concierge-level brand voiceRoute clinical or sensitive inquiries to appropriate team membersMaintain professionalism and brand alignment in all public-facing communication8) Lead Nurturing & Conversion Support (Business Growth)Engage with inbound leads from social platforms to support conversion into consultationsMaintain momentum with timely, thoughtful follow-up communicationGather and route lead information into internal systems (CRM or tracking tools)Escalate clinical questions while preserving patient trust and experience9) Patient Experience Support & In-Clinic Assistance (Operational Support)After training and familiarity with procedures, this role may support clinic operations:Assist with patient consent processes per SOP (escalating clinical questions appropriately)Support pre-procedure preparation (including numbing cream application per protocol)Capture pre-procedure and documentation photos as requiredProvide front desk support when needed (check-in, greeting, maintaining premium experience)Assist with room turnover in content production, social media, or video editingStrong proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Canva AI, or similar)Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content formatsAbility to identify compelling moments, hooks, and narratives quicklyComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output clinical environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in a patient-facing settingExperience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or
