Team Members are responsible for preparing and serving up our delicious, all-natural, energizing smoothies as well as consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right vitamins and nutritional supplements to help them reach their health and fitness goals. They are responsible for ensuring Guest satisfaction while following store policy.We are looking for purpose-drivenTeam Membersto become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Ensures Guest's purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids. Performs opening and/or closing duties. Performs store checklist tasks. Shows up on time and ready to work. Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King Qualifications:Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Food Service experience preferred but not required Commission Sales experience is helpful Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests Genuine care and understanding for people's needs Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS! Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a "guest comes first" attitude. At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
