If you want to make the world a safer place and join an award-winning company culture – you belong with us.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd to End Indirect Purchasing includes :Internal business request analysisEnforcing policies and proceduresCollaborating with Finance, MIS, Legal and Operations teams for executionCoordinate with external suppliers, analyzing price offers, negotiating improved business terms, cost mitigation/avoidanceServe as a partner to the business owner [Employees/Customers] located in various departments and offices in Canada, US, & Latin AmericaAbility to break down complex contracts to translate data into actionable purchasing decisionsQualificationsGlobal customer service experience in a culturally diverse setting with customer centric skillsetStrong analytical and communication skills with knowledge of Networking, Data Center, S/W, H/W and IT Services & SubscriptionsSelf starter, very organized, with ability to manage multiple projects with timely execution2-3 years purchasing, negotiation and project management experience preferredExperience with creating and processing purchases through ERP [preferably SAP].Advanced MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) skillsUnderstanding customer needs (stated and un-stated), responsive with attention to details.Proven ability to work independently under pressure to close projects within timeline.Hybrid work environment with minimum 3-days/week in office workThis position is posted in multiple regions/territories, your ability to work without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future in the country for which you apply is required.EOE M/F/Veterans/Disabled
