You'll work closely with our team and VA to keep our pipeline moving, our community thriving, and our events running smoothly.What you'll doManage and qualify leads in LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted lists, track engagement, and move prospects through the pipelineManage and qualify partnership leads to build a targeted pipeline for DFW corporate sponsorships, memberships, and eventsExecute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn with consistent, on-brand messagingModerate and engage our online community, responding to members, initiating conversations, and flagging opportunitiesSupport monthly in-person member events in the DFW area, including logistics coordination and on-site assistanceHelp produce and coordinate virtual member events, managing RSVPs, platform setup, communications, and follow-upCoordinate with our VA to keep Zoho CRM accurate, up to date, and properly trackedWhat we're looking forHands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (non-negotiable)Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarterStrong written communication — you write clearly, warmly, and professionallyA process-follower who doesn't cut corners; you thrive in structured workflowsAt ease supporting both in-person and virtual events with professionalism and energyBased in the DFW area (remote work, but local presence required for monthly events)
