Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. Your primary duties will include performing various cleaning tasks, ensuring the cleanliness of common areas, and assisting with general maintenance tasks. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors. Duties: - Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished - Follow established safety procedures and guidelines - Adhere to company policies and regulations Skills: - Experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of buffing and floor care techniques is a plus - Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals - Ability to maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with industry guidelines - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
