The preferred candidates are expected to be hired as a Lecturer. The position is term-limited and renewable based on performance and availability of funding. Job duties will include teaching up to two (2) in-person courses for the summer semester at the undergraduate level for the course Introduction to Financial Modeling. The start date is July 1, 2026. Clemson University is a R1 Carnegie designated, land-grant competitive admissions institution with total enrollment approaching 29,000 students. The Finance program currently has over 1,300 finance majors, 16 tenured/tenure-track faculty members, three clinical faculty members, and eight full-time lecturers. Clemson, South Carolina is a small college town nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, located on the I-85 corridor between Atlanta and Charlotte and is 30 miles outside of Greenville, SC. Greenville is consistently named as one of the nicest places to live in the country.QualificationsApplicants must have a master's or terminal degree in finance or a related field (e.g., Master of Business Administration) or equivalent experience. Preference will be given to candidates with applicable industry experience or comparable teaching experience.
