This is a travel-based role ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, enjoys being on the road, and wants to build a long-term career in the construction products industry.Working closely with the National Sales Manager, this role plays a key part in driving product adoption by delivering in-person training, demonstrations, and support to distributors, retail partners, and contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel throughout Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina to conduct on-site product training and demonstrationsPartner with the National Sales Manager to support territory growth and customer engagementTrain store associates, distributors, and contractors on product usage, installation techniques, and best practicesMaintain and operate a company vehicle stocked with tools, materials, and training productsSchedule and coordinate store visits, training sessions, and field demonstrationsSupport sales initiatives by increasing product knowledge and driving usage in the fieldProvide feedback to leadership on customer needs, product performance, and market opportunitiesRepresent the company professionally at all customer locations and job sites Travel RequirementsExtensive travel required (up to 75%)Typically traveling 3 weeks per month, with frequent overnight staysRegular travel to high-volume markets, including South Florida (Miami area)Flexible schedule based on territory and training needs Qualifications1-5 years of experience or strong interest in construction, tools, or building materials(tile, thinset , shower systems, or related products preferred)Willingness to travel extensively and work in a field-based roleStrong communication and presentation skillsHands-on mindset with the ability to demonstrate tools and installation techniquesSelf-motivated, organized, and adaptableValid driver's license with a clean driving record What We OfferCompetitive base salary ($65)Company vehicle provided (fully equipped for travel and training needs)Opportunity to travel across the Southeast and gain hands-on industry experienceDirect mentorship from experienced sales leadershipStable, direct hire opportunity with long-term growth
