As PM for Gym, you'll own the full product strategy for one of the most ambitious bets in our New Verticals organization. That means 0→1 product work, business model discovery, and building for both sides of a marketplace: gym-goers who want seamless access, and gym operators who need a genuine growth partner. The goal of Playlist's compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.The base salary range for this position in the United States is $130,000 to $185,000.
