Press Operator Labelink is looking for an experienced Press Operator for our Appleton, WI facility.Why Labelink? Competitive pay with performance-based raises and bonuses.Be part of a supportive team with a positive, collaborative culture.Room for advancement and growth opportunities.Shift Details: 1st Shift - Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm.Overtime opportunities as needed.Pay: Based on experience working on flexographic presses.What Youll Do: Operate flexographic printing presses efficiently and safelyReview production schedules and coordinate with the Scheduler or Supervisor on job prioritiesEnsure proper machine setup, tear-down, and line clearance for each runMonitor press performance and product quality throughout the jobTroubleshoot press issues and perform minor maintenance as neededFollow all safety procedures, including OSHA and lockout/tagout protocolsMaintain accurate production reporting using scanners and computer systemsWork closely with team members on the line to ensure quality and efficiencyAssist with process improvements and meet customer quality expectationsMaintain a clean, organized work areaWhat Were Looking For: 3+ years of press operating experienceStrong knowledge of printing presses and related equipmentAbility to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and instructionsSolid understanding of production processes and quality controlAbility to operate machinery safely and efficientlyGood math and reading skillsStrong attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitudeForklift operation skills a plus (training available)Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsOur Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental InsuranceHSA & HRA options401K with employer match $0.50 on the dollar up to 10% (after one year)10 Paid Holidays eligible on day onePaid VacationReady to bring your press experience to a company that values your skills and work-life balance?
