This role will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, leading complex technical initiatives, and shaping the technical direction of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering leadership, product management, and design while serving as a key technical mentor and decision-maker for development teams.A Software Developer -- L5 at Ncontracts is expected to exhibit the following attributes:Technical Leadership: Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions across multiple teams and products. Lead by example in code quality, design patterns, and engineering best practices.Strategic Mentorship: Beyond individual mentoring, you'll be responsible for developing junior and mid-level talent across the organization, creating learning pathways, and establishing technical standards.Systems Thinking: Ability to see the big picture across multiple systems and products, identifying opportunities for consolidation, optimization, and strategic technical improvements.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with executive leadership, product management, and external stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate technical constraints and opportunities.Innovation Driver: Research, evaluate, and champion adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies that can provide competitive advantages and improve organizational efficiency.Quality Guardian: Establish and maintain coding standards, review processes, and quality metrics across development teams.
