We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to join our team at St. John’s Nursing Home.This is a 100% onsite role. We are looking for a visible, engaged HR leader who thrives on building relationships, supporting operations in real time, and making a meaningful impact every day.What You’ll Do:· Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (AHCA, CMS, OSHA, DOL) and all applicable employment laws regulations.· Partner with leadership on staffing, retention, and workforce planning· Maintain survey readiness, and support and conduct audits and inspections as needed to ensure compliance· Oversee licensure, onboarding, and HR compliance processesWhat We’re Looking For:· 5+ years of HR experience (healthcare preferred)· Strong employee relations and compliance background· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across all levels· Experience in Nursing Home, ALF, or Rehab setting a plus· Ability to work onsite daily in a 24/7 environment· Excellent communication skillsWhy Join CHS?
