Diagnose and repair brake systems, including pads, rotors, calipers, and related components. Complete front-end repairs, including steering and suspension components. Perform light mechanical repairs, such as belts, hoses, shocks, struts, and basic diagnostics. Inspect vehicles for safety issues and recommend needed repairs. Accurately document work performed and communicate findings with service advisors. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications Previous experience performing alignments, brakes, and front-end work required. Light mechanical repair experience preferred. Ability to diagnose basic vehicle issues and recommend solutions. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. ASE certifications a plus, but not required.
