The Sales Associate will assist customers by providing information about products, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Daily tasks include greeting customers, stocking shelves, processing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing customer concerns promptly. They will also be responsible for understanding and promoting sales campaigns or promotions and meeting sales targets set by management. Qualifications Customer service skills, including the ability to interact positively with customers and address inquiries professionally.Sales skills such as upselling, cross-promoting products, and familiarity with store offerings.Organizational abilities including inventory management and store upkeep.Basic skills in operating POS systems, handling transactions, and ensuring accurate cash handling.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
