The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using modern front-end technologies.The candidate will work closely with UX designers, product managers, business analysts, and backend developers to translate business requirements and design prototypes into high-quality, functional user interfaces.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, interactive, and visually appealing web applications.- Translate UI/UX wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into functional front-end components.- Develop reusable UI components using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.- Collaborate with UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences.- Build responsive layouts using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.- Implement modern UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.- Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards and UI/UX best practices.- Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities, including sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups.- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues and improve overall application performance.- Maintain clean, reusable, well-documented, and maintainable code.Required Technical Skills- Front-End Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript- JavaScript Frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js- UI/UX Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch- CSS Frameworks: Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, SASS/SCSS- API Integration: REST APIs, JSON, AJAX- Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket- Development Tools: VS Code, Chrome DevTools, npm, Webpack, Vite- Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, CI/CD- Accessibility: WCAG, ARIA, responsive designRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.- 5+ years of professional experience in UI development or front-end application development.- Strong hands-on experience with React.js or Angular.- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive web design, and usability.- Experience converting Figma designs into pixel-accurate, production-ready interfaces.- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end architecture.- Experience integrating RESTful APIs.- Familiarity with browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications- Experience working on enterprise-level web applications.- Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries.- Experience with Next.js or other modern front-end frameworks.- Understanding of user research, usability testing, and interaction design.- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Regards,Seema@marstechnominds.com
