Land Analyst - Residential

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Land Analyst to join a growing team in Austin, TX. Duties: - Conduct financial analysis and help with the preparation/submittal of land proformas - Help with the acquisition to final assumption of land, acting as a liaison between all the parties - Scheduling, budgeting, cash flows and financial reporting - Support management with all the municipal approvals - Obtain development approvals by working with several different groups/teams - Assist the Project Managers with the engineering processes Skills: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate Development or other related Business concentration - Strength in creative problem solving and analysis, communication, relationship building, motivated and leadership - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) - Must have a valid driver's license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Experience: Land analyst: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
