You will play a key role in helping create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations including booking appointments, answering phone calls, and collecting payment information. If you're looking for a meaningful role with opportunities to learn and grow alongside an experienced clinical team, we encourage you to apply.Essential ResponsibilitiesGreet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience both in person and over the phoneManage front desk operations including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and answering inquiriesPerform accurate data entry and maintain patient records within the EMR systemVerify patient demographics and insurance information for new and returning patientsCollect co-pays and assist with basic administrative reporting tasksPerform minor cleaning duties including laundry, sanitizing treatment tables, and maintaining clinic cleanlinessMaintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines and clinic policiesAnswer calls from patients and insurance with professionalism and excellent customer serviceAssist with inventory management and supply organizationProvide general patient services and attend to the needs of patients throughout their servicesQualificationsPrevious medical office or healthcare experience preferredCustomer service experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with EMR systems is a plusProficiency with Google Workspace or similar computer systemsExcellent communication, multi-tasking skills, organizational, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProfessional demeanor and strong work ethicComputer SavvyHigh school diploma or GED requiredBenefits401(k) plan Paid Time OffGreat work-life balanceFlexible ScheduleMedical and disability insurance options subject to Company's planProfessional development and leadership growth opportunitiesCompensation: $17–20/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
