A company is looking for a Services Portfolio Manager responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the product lifecycle for its Managed Services product line. Key Responsibilities Reviews business opportunities to optimize the product portfolio through market analysis and trends Creates product roadmaps in collaboration with delivery teams to enhance service margins and customer value Monitors product performance metrics, including profitability and customer satisfaction, to inform strategic decisions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in product management Prior experience in the healthcare industry Experience with SaaS applications and business models Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions
