Senior Data Architect

Senior Data Architect Onsite- Minneapolis , MN Long Term Required Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 15-20 years of experience in data architecture, with a significant portion in the healthcare payer domain. Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data integration techniques. Experience with data warehousing, big data technologies, and cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure). Extensive experience in data interoperability, cloud platform implementation, and data migration to the cloud. Strong background in data experience management, enhancing data usability and user experience. Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Certifications in data management or related fields (e.g., CDMP, TOGAF) are a plus. Experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR). Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
