We are looking for: Emergency & ICU Veterinary Clinical Manager Our Emergency team is the perfect place for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can shift gears quickly and handle the stress of critical situations with ease. Reporting directly to the Hospital Director, the Clinical Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a team of engaged and empowered team members to provide exceptional service to our patients, clients, and referral partners. In this role, the Clinical Manager works with the Hospital Director and Medical Director to promote a culture of collaboration, foster career development, and cultivate inclusivity. Through delivering optimal Employee Experiences and MedVet Experiences, the Clinical Manager contributes to Healthy Growth.
