Workday Payroll Consultant - Absence, Time Tracking & Payroll

Workday Payroll Consultant We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM solutions, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliant time and absence management.Location: Remote Duration: 7 monthsPrimary Responsibilities: Lead configuration and implementation of Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modulesConduct requirements-gathering workshops with business and HR stakeholdersDesign and configure payroll structures, absence plans, and time tracking rulesSupport full-cycle payroll processing including validation, reconciliation, and issue resolutionLead testing activities (SIT/UAT) and support defect remediationDeliver end-user training and provide post-go-live supportEnsure compliance with payroll regulations and organizational policiesCollaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integrationsKey Skills: Workday Payroll certification required5+ years of Workday Payroll consulting experienceStrong expertise in Workday Absence and Time Tracking modulesDeep understanding of global payroll and compliance requirementsExperience with end-to-end Workday implementationsStrong workshop facilitation and client-facing communication skillsProven ability in troubleshooting, testing, and production supportExperience: 5+ years of hands-on Workday consulting experience focused on PayrollExperience with large-scale HCM implementations and post-go-live supportBachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
