An elite, internationally recognised top 50 AM law firm is seeking a talented Executive Compensation & ERISA Associate (Class of 2020–2023) to join its highly regarded team in either Washington, DC or New York.This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions alongside market-leading partners, advising top-tier clients on complex compensation and benefits matters. The firm offers true top-of-market compensation and a collaborative, high-performance environment.Location:This position is open to the D.C. or NY office.ResponsibilitiesAdvise on executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of M&A, private equity, and other corporate transactionsDraft, review, and negotiate equity incentive plans, employment agreements, and deferred compensation arrangementsCounsel clients on ERISA, tax, and securities law considerationsSupport corporate clients on ongoing compensation and governance mattersWork closely with cross-practice teams on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional dealsQualificationsJD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentialsQualified candidates between Class of 2020–2023Prior experience in executive compensation and employee benefits within a leading law firmStrong transactional experience (M&A/PE exposure preferred)Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsTop-of-market compensation: $260,000 – $390,000 base salaryExposure to high-profile, complex transactionsClear progression and development opportunitiesCollaborative, supportive, and high-performing team cultureIf you are interested in this position, and you meet the requirements of the role, please click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your resume.
