Business Development Representative

Job Description The Business Development Representative plays a crucial role in driving company growth by generating leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and supporting sales efforts across multiple industries including manufacturing, healthcare, finance, and startups. As an individual contributor working within a small team, this role focuses on promoting Mandry Technology Solutions as a leader in managed IT, cybersecurity, and custom business software in Lubbock, Texas. The representative will be instrumental in helping our Leadership Team to build out the companies Revenue Operations. ResponsibilitiesConduct 70-100 outbound dials daily to identify and engage decision makersGenerate and qualify leads through market research and targeted outreachBook 3-5 new appointments weekly with prospective clientsManage and update customer data within the CRM systemParticipate actively in outreach campaigns to expand the client basePerform cold calling to initiate interest and educate prospectsAnalyze reporting data to optimize outreach and sales strategiesPromote Mandry Technology Solutions as a trusted provider in IT and cybersecurityParticipate in building the department standard operating procedures and business process improvement initiatives Preferred Qualifications2+ years experience in business development2+ years working with a team to close new businessAssociate degree in Marketing or BusinessProficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, especially SalesforceStrong skills in cold calling and prospectingExperience conducting market researchExcellent communication, time management, and collaboration abilitiesProblem-solving aptitude and sales training knowledgeCompany DescriptionMandry Technology began with a simple yet explicit mission, to provide comprehensive IT and cybersecurity services to critical industries that can't afford downtime or disruption.
