Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support our Brand and Growth teams. This role offers hands-on experience contributing to a wide range of creative initiatives across digital, print, and event marketing. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Brand & Multimedia, Graphic Designers, and the Multimedia Producer to bring ideas to life and maintain a consistent, high-quality brand experience. You'll have the opportunity to work on both planned campaigns and emerging projects, gaining exposure to how design supports business growth in a fast-paced environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a student passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and user experience to build a professional portfolio while working on meaningful, real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and production of branded assets across digital, print, and event materials
Assist in developing and adapting creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency and visual standards
Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners on a variety of marketing and growth initiatives
Contribute to both ongoing campaigns and ad hoc creative projects as business needs evolve
Ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail across all design deliverables
Help organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs in a timely manner
Explore and incorporate new tools and technologies, including generative AI, into the creative process
Participate in intern programming including lunch & learns and networking opportunities
Qualifications
Junior or Senior status pursuing a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
Portfolio or samples required for consideration
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design thinking, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience working on Mac systems
Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, photography, and visual systems
Interest in UX/UI design; familiarity with motion design or prototyping tools is a plus
Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and curiosity about their application in design workflows
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Resourceful, proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
