Our services include physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic care, sports performance training, and progressive rehabilitation. If you are a motivated Physical Therapist ready to step into a leadership role, we encourage you to apply today.ResponsibilitiesAssess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time framesPrepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goalsEnsure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patientLead and oversee clinical operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient careSupervise, mentor, and develop a team of physical therapists and clinical staffConduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansProvide direct patient care using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement trainingImplement return-to-sport and performance-based rehabilitation programsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team including chiropractors, massage therapists, and acupuncturistsMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomesMaintain accurate documentation using EMR systemsEnsure compliance with New York State regulations and clinic protocolsAssist in developing and implementing clinic policies and proceduresSupport scheduling and ensure efficient clinic operationsParticipate in community outreach and marketing initiativesQualificationsBachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculumCertification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practiceStrong background in sports medicine, orthopedic rehabilitation, and manual therapyLeadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a teamExperience working with athletic populations and return-to-sport protocols preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to patient-centered care with compassion and professionalismSpecialty certifications (PRPC, CAPP-Pelvic, ICE, APTA Pelvic Health, CHT) are a plusSkills:Expertise in physical therapy techniques, manual therapy, and rehabilitation protocolsAbility to evaluate, diagnose, and create customized treatment plansStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication skills with patients and team membersAbility to lead, mentor, and motivate clinical staffKnowledge of evidence-based treatment practicesProficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation
