Position Overview:Synergy Family Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Human Resources Recruiter to join our HR Department. This role is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting qualified candidates through job fairs, online platforms, and community outreach. The HR Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting workforce growth by building strong candidate pipelines, assisting with intern-to-employee transitions, and aligning recruitment efforts with organizational staffing needs, particularly within OMHC and PRP programs.Position Details:Job Title: Human Resources RecruiterEmployment Type: Part-Time, 1099 ContractorSchedule: Approximately 10 hours per weekWork Arrangement: Hybrid (remote with in-person attendance at job fairs and outreach events)Compensation: $26.00 per hourKey Responsibilities:Attend job fairs, career fairs, and community recruitment events (2-3 per month) to represent Synergy Family ServicesConduct recruitment outreach through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networksPost, manage, and update job listings across recruitment platformsSource and engage qualified candidates to build and maintain a strong talent pipelineSupport recruitment of OMHC clinicians, PRP staff, and DCS roles, ensuring alignment with program requirementsSupport intern engagement and retention efforts, including promoting internal employment opportunitiesCollaborate with HR and department leaders to assess staffing needs and recruitment prioritiesAssist in strengthening recruitment branding and organizational visibilityTrack recruitment activity and provide regular updates to HR leadershipSupport administrative recruitment tasks, including candidate follow-up and trackingMeet regularly with the HR and Training Manager to review recruitment progress and prioritiesCollaborate with the HR and Training Manager on recruitment-related projects and initiativesPerform other duties as assigned in support of HR and organizational needsQualifications & Education: High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferredPrior experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources requiredExperience recruiting for behavioral health roles, including OMHC clinicians, PRP staff, and DCS positions strongly preferredFamiliarity with clinical roles such as therapists, counselors, and support staff preferredExperience with LinkedIn recruiting and job board platforms strongly preferredKnowledge of behavioral health or healthcare staffing is highly desirableRequired Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to independently manage recruitment and outreach activitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to build and maintain professional relationshipsProficiency with online recruitment platformsStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teamsUnderstanding of clinical staffing needs and behavioral health program structures
