Services are delivered both locally in person and remotely via telehealth, ensuring adaptable solutions for diverse clinical needs.Role DescriptionThis is a half-time role with the option of a fully remote or hybrid position for a Psychiatrist in California. The Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric care consultation for patients in residential treatment including residential treatment for substance use disorders, dual diagnosis, or primary mental health, and formulating individualized treatment plans. The role may also involve contributing to the development of effective treatment policies and protocols for the group and administrative leadership for psychiatric care. QualificationsBoard certification in Psychiatry, with a demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions, including working with diverse patient populationsSpecialization or background in treatment of substance use disordersStrong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teamsExperience in utilizing different EHR, prescribing, and telehealth tools and care delivery models is beneficial.Commitment to evidence-based care and continuous professional development
