Programmer Analyst Data Recognition Corporation - Maple Grove, MN Company cannot provide sponsorship for this position Please, no agencies Summary: This position will collaborate to define, develop, and execute a programs workflow/systems to ensure the highest levels of service and quality are attained. Execute production workflows, create and maintain technical documentation and manage large databases. Assist in analyses, write SQL scripts and test code to achieve the business requirements. Monitor the execution of systems, isolate areas for improvement, perform problem identification, follow escalation plan and provide resolution. Sustain a high level of support to clients and internal business owners. Essential Responsibilities3+ years IT work experience in production support, programming, developmentMS SQL knowledge and experience requiredWorkflow setup and configuration, execution and support (40% development, 30% execution, 30% support)Demonstrate an understanding of business and technical requirements for each assigned projectDemonstrate an understanding of system performance expectations for application being developedWork as part of a project team to meet or exceed customer expectationsWork with IT Business Analysts to create and update requirementsProduce code to meet standards for each assigned taskCreate and perform unit test plans with expected resultsFollow and demonstrate an understanding of adopted processes/methodologiesMaintain and support applications as neededUpdate technical documentation and production specificationsParticipate in project meetingsIdentify efficiencies to enhance functionality and performance of applications.
