This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: Revenue Operations Billing Analysts To thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented billing department. You will provide customer service regarding billing issues while establishing relationships with internal and external customers. Assist High volume phone calls and chats from customer regarding their billing concernsProvide excellent customer service to both internal and external customersExcellent written and verbal communicationCalculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer.Handling and analyzing daily billing cases being assigned to the queue per territory.To succeed in this role you must have experience in: Knowledge of Billing proceduresStrong attention to detail goal-orientedAbility to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilitiesDesired Qualifications: Has good communication skills.Knows how to reconcile and review invoices being disputed.Knows how to Calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer.
