Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant and Bar Manager based in Lilburn GA. The Restaurant and Bar Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities also include training and coaching team members, implementing sales strategies, monitoring inventory and compliance standards, and fostering a positive and efficient working environment. Collaboration with both the kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless guest experience is vital. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on building a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring positive guest experiencesExperience in Food & Beverage management, including menu planning and quality controlStrong Communication skills for liaising with staff, suppliers, and customersAbility to conduct staff Training to enhance team performance and ensure professional developmentKnowledge of Sales strategies and approaches to improve profits and reach business targetsLeadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team effectivelyOrganizational and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in restaurant and bar management is highly preferredBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements
