Bartender/Server

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each guest has an enjoyable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and manage cash handling procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Stay updated on drink recipes, trends in mixology, and menu offerings to enhance guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards is essential. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
