Administrative Project Coordinator

We are hiring an Administrative Project Coordinator for a full-time position with a top international law firm in their Wilmington office. This Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the Litigation practice group, coordinating complex tasks, projects, and business development efforts to ensure exceptional client service and support for the office practice leader.HOURS : Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM ESTSCHEDULE | LOCATION : HYBRID (three days onsite) | Wilmington, DEPAY : Up to $100k + Overtime + Discretionary BonusBENEFITS HIGHLIGHTS : Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS2+ years of experience in a law firm settingHigh level of professionalism, close attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentialityAbility to handle multiple projects and assignments with shifting responsibilities and deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced environmentEffective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to facilitate cross-departmental work relationships with attorneys and other business professionalsROLE RESPONSIBILITIESPerform complex administrative assignments, including coordinating travel (visa and passport materials), managing calendaring/scheduling requests, entering time records, and processing expense reports and vendor invoices.Support Business Intake and Business Development & Marketing efforts by preparing engagement letters, new matter memos, assisting with conflicts, and preparing materials for presentations, pitches, and conferences.Collaborate with Partners and Client Accounting to ensure up-to-date and accurate client billing.Coordinate with Conference Services for internal and client meeting requests, including audio-visual, catering, and external vendors.Support document management and records retention for administrative files, including printing, scanning, and quality control tasks.Maintain a reliable physical presence in the office four days a week to perform administrative functions and client services.Benefits: Full benefits available, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, professional development, and more.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:SearchPointNY/Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
