Project Manager

Skills: Experience in IT Project Management and IT digital transformation. Prior experience working on State of Indiana large software projects desired. Strong knowledge of information systems development life cycle, information technology, project tools and approaches to development and implementation. Experience with multiple methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid. Ability to translate technology terms and explain concepts of the SDLC to program/business/stakeholders who may have little to no exposure working on or with large software projects/teams. Strong knowledge in leading modernizing Oracle, PL/SQL, data warehouses using BigQuery, Dataflow, and DataStream. Ability to work with technical team members, and other IT professionals to flesh out project plans and risk registers and overcome obstacles. Strong communication and presentation skills required. Description: Responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and the creation and/or oversight of final project deliverables. Lead end-to-end migration of our on-premises Oracle Data Warehouse to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
