We help companies and individuals around the globe address their most significant risk, workforce, wealth management and retirement challenges through custom solutions and a people-first approach.The Personal Risk Service Center Account Coordinator provides centralized administrative and servicing support for client accounts. In this role, the Account Coordinator works closely with Personal Risk Account Managers and, as needed, Private Client Account Executives to support day-to-day service activities, documentation, and policy processing. The role also partners with insurance carriers to process endorsements, issue policy documents, and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.This position is part of NFP's Personal Risk Service Center model, which delivers structured, centralized support to service teams across the organization. The Account Coordinator collaborates with service center colleagues and internal partners to support workflows and service standards. This role also offers the opportunity to cross-train with NFP's Private Client Group, gaining exposure to more complex accounts for affluent and high-net-worth clients and building a strong foundation for growth within NFP's Personal Risk practice.This is a full-time opportunity open to a hybrid or remote schedule. Candidates must have access to a reliable, confidential, and interruption-free workspace, along with a stable high-speed internet connection.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist a team of 7+ Account Managers with daily or routine responsibilities in processing endorsements, agency bill transactions, creating evidences of insurance and automobile identification cards and direct bill reconciliationsWill liaise with external carriers and escrow companiesInputs changes (such as renewals) and files various items electronically in EPIC document management systemFollow up with the insurance companies for outstanding policy endorsements, etc.Prepares I.D. cards, evidence of insurance, applications, binders and cancellations under the direction of Account Manager or Account ExecutiveMaintains suspense file both electronic and manual for various correspondence and endorsementsProcesses premium and non-premium endorsementsWill assist on various projects as needed and assign by Department ManagerMatches mail, i.e. policies, endorsements, pending mail, copiesWhen working from home, you must maintain a private workspace to secure company equipment and correspondence; maintain high-speed internet, be present and responsive online and minimize personal interruptions during your work shiftExperience and Qualifications:2+ years of administrative or customer service experience, with insurance experience preferredExperience using Applied EPIC preferredBachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED requiredProficient in Outlook, Word, and ExcelGood written and verbal communication skillsComfortable making independent decisions and collaborating with othersTeam-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continual learning and developmentP&C license preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 monthsWhat We Offer:We're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more. The base salary range for this position is $32,000 -$50,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
