Sales AnalystsJob Category: Sales Requisition Number: SALES002117 Location: Stoughton, MA 02072, USA DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following: Data Analysis & Reporting : Create, maintain, and analyze sales performance dashboards and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks. Systems Administration : Manage and optimize the ERP and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adoption. Sales Strategy & Planning : Support quota setting, compensation plans, and territory management. Process Optimization : Identify, develop, and implement improvements to sales workflows to increase efficiency and productivity. Performance Metrics (KPIs) : Monitor key metrics, such as conversion rates and sales velocity, to track progress against goals. Sales Support & Training : Provide technical support and training on sales tools and processes for sales staff. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University; or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports & business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, employees of the organization, and the general public. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate and percent. Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram from. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer/System Skills Strong expertise in CRM software (D365) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI). Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Current valid driver's license Other Skills and Abilities Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
