LVN Supervisor- Lomita Primary Care & Specialty Care

DescriptionThe LVN Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations and support staff within the clinic and work closely with the clinic manager ensure high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient workflow. The LVN Supervisor will provide leadership, guidance, and support to LVNs and medical support staff while collaborating with providers and leadership to maintain optimal clinic performance. QualificationsBLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association CA LVN License with IV therapy and blood withdrawal Act as a liaison between providers, staff, and leadershipPromote a positive and professional work environmentAddress patient concerns and support service recovery when needed Participate in staff meetings and leadership discussionsParticipate in audits, quality improvement, and risk management activitiesEnsure proper handling of medications, supplies, and equipmentCoordinate daily staffing assignments and coverageOptimize clinic workflow to improve efficiency and patient experienceAssist with scheduling and timekeeping oversightSupport process improvement initiativesProvide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staffAssist with onboarding and orientation of new employeesMonitor staff competencies and ensure compliance with required certificationsAddress performance issues in collaboration with leadershipSupervise and support LVN's and Medical Assistants staff in daily operationsEnsure adherence to clinical protocols, policies, and procedures
