RN Program Coordinator

HSO Valuable Perks:   Competitive pay with eligible incentive bonuses & yearly merit increases Structured schedules for work-life balance with Paid Time off hours Full Health Benefits Package, Courtesy Care Benefits & HSA funds Student Loan Forgiveness program & tuition reimbursement  Employer contribution driven retirement plan Complimentary scrubs  Do you have what it takes to be an RN Program Coordinator:  Registered Nurse with active licensure required 2-3 years of relevant experience required Ability to manage multiple workflows, systems, and priorities  Proficiency in EMR systems; ability to train and support staff  Experience with scheduling, documentation, and front office coordination  Knowledge of medication management and vaccine processes  Ability to build relationships with schools, families, and community partners  Proficient in IMPACT SIIS, the inventory, ordering, and reconciliation process Comfortable collaborating with leadership to improve operations and outcomes   A day in the life of an RN Program Coordinator at HSO: Reviews EMR, schedules, and provider messages to prepare for the day  Rooms patients, assists providers, and supports clinical procedures  Manages scheduling, calls, check-ins, insurance tasks, and front office flow  Maintains accurate documentation, charts, and patient records in EMR  Handles medication refills, prior authorizations, and inventory tracking  Oversees vaccine ordering, storage, reconciliation, and compliance reporting  Manages clinical supplies, exam room readiness, and safety/quality logs  Scans and processes documents, labs, and correspondence while ensuring confidentiality  Acts as EMR superuser and supports staff training and troubleshooting  Communicates with school staff, providers, leadership, and community partners  Coordinates school-based health activities and supports program operations and goals    Who We Are:   HealthSource of Ohio is a not-for-profit community health center in Southwestern Ohio that provides quality, patient-centered primary and preventative care for all.
