Equipment Operator The Laredo Country Club is seeking an Equipment Operator to join our Greens and Grounds department. Our team is committed to providing the training you need to succeed in this position. Position Description The Equipment Operator will operate and care for golf course maintenance equipment and perform related work as needed. Responsibilities include operating light motorized equipment and vehicles such as tractors, trenchers, backhoes, trucks, mowers, loaders, and other maintenance equipment. This position reports to the Golf Course Superintendent and the Director of Agronomy and assists in the day-to-day operations of the golf course and ongoing projects. The ideal candidate can safely operate light motorized equipment and vehicles.
