Forward Deployed Process Analyst
The Forward Deployed Process Analyst works directly with clinical, operational, and IDT teams to understand workflows, identify process issues, and define practical improvements that support business goals and user experience. This field-facing role focuses on workflow redesign, process improvement, user adoption, and technology-enabled operational change across platforms such as Skypoint, NextGen, Salesforce, and other approved enterprise systems.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESObserves, documents, and analyzes clinical and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, duplicate work, and process variationDefines future-state workflows and operational improvements that simplify work, improve efficiency, and support organizational goals leveraging data analytics, system integration, and AITranslates operational needs into clear workflows, requirements, user stories, and reporting needs for technology solutionsPartners with the Forward Deployed Application Developer to design, test, refine, and improve platform-based solutions across Salesforce CRM, NextGen EHR, and Skypoint AI Agent platform.Leads workflow validation, user feedback, testing, and post-launch optimization activitiesSupports training, communication, adoption, and change management for new workflows and technology solutionsCollaborates across clinical, operational, and technology teams to clarify business definitions, reporting requirements, and data needsHelps measure workflow improvements, operational outcomes, user adoption, and reduction in manual effortMaintains documentation of workflows, requirements, process changes, and operational decisionsFrequent local travelPerforms other duties as assignedJOB SPECIFICATION4–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, workflow redesign, process improvement, business analysis, project management, and technology-enabled operational improvement initiatives; experience in Lean, or Six Sigma a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred; equivalent experience consideredStrong understanding of operational workflows and ability to simplify complex processes into practical solutionsStrong facilitation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively with frontline staff, managers, executives, technology teamsAbility to translate operational needs into clear business and workflow requirementsComfortable working with technology-enabled process improvement and enterprise applicationsBasic understanding of data, reporting, workflows, and user-facing systemsExperience with system implementations, workflow redesign, user testing, or change management preferredGoal oriented, self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team.Healthcare, payer/provider, PACE, senior care, value-based care, or HIPAA experience preferredCovid vaccinated preferredSalary range: 85K to 110kEEO StatementElement Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
