Contracts Administrator
The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm, is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator for a prominent client of ours. This position is remote (EST). Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description
Pay: $38 – 43.84/hr (W2)
1-year assignment with potential to extend based on performance and continued need
This position is fully remote, but candidate must be on the east coast
You will support end-to-end business operations with a focus on contract administration, procurement, and operational systems
You will manage the full contract lifecycle including intake, SOW drafting support, submission, tracking, and documentation
You will coordinate contract processes within systems such as Coupa, Determine, or similar platforms
You will manage purchase orders and invoice processing to ensure accuracy and compliance
You will maintain contract trackers, repositories, and reporting tools to provide visibility to stakeholders
You will update and manage SharePoint sites and support operational reporting and data tracking
You will serve as a liaison between internal teams, scientists, and leadership to ensure smooth operational workflows
You will support vendor management activities and continuous process improvements
Qualifications
5 – 7+ years of experience in business operations, contract administration, procurement, or related roles
End-to-end contract lifecycle management experience required
Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, and vendor management
Familiarity with contract management systems (Coupa, Determine, similar)
Experience with SharePoint and operational reporting tools
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders and leadership
Bachelor's degree preferred
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
