Enjoy competitive pay, a supportive workplace, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on operational reliability and safety.Compensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $30-$45 (based on experience)Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holiday payOnsite clinic for convenient access to healthcare servicesSupport for ongoing professional development and certification trainingResponsibilitiesConduct electrical repairs and maintenance compliantly in commercial and industrial settingsUtilize test instruments (voltmeters, ohmmeters, ammeters, circuit tracers, continuity buzzers) for diagnosticsFabricate and install electrical conduit, pull wire, and install switches, relays, panels, and other devicesService communication and power distribution cabling and troubleshoot electrical/electronic controlsSafely start and shut down equipment following OSHA and NEC standardsAddress unsafe conditions, ensuring all work aligns with safety regulationsDocument labor, materials, time, and production accurately for billing purposesOperate company vehicle to manage service calls across the assigned territoryMaintain clean work environments and provide professional customer communicationAttend training sessions to remain current on electrical system advancementsPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license with a clean MVRAbility to pass background check, drug screen, and post-offer physical assessmentStrong reading comprehension for safety rules, maintenance instructions, and manualsComfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, including rooftopsAble to climb ladders and engage in close-up tasks (with or without vision correction)Capability to lift up to 50 lbsEffective written and verbal communication for reporting and customer interactionEducation & ExperienceAt least 4 years of relevant experienceJourneyman or Master Electrician license requiredEqual Opportunity Employer Statement
