Data Platform Program Manager

Location United States Start and end date 11 Oct 2026 – 17 Oct 2027 Indicative hourly rate $55 – 60/hr Respond by 13 Oct 2026 Role summary / purpose We are seeking a Senior Associate Program Manager to standardize and champion program management practices across the Data Platform Engineering organization. This role focuses on promoting alignment, efficiency, and transparency while collaborating with multiple product teams to implement consistent operating models and reporting standards. Key responsibilities Standardize program management practices and enforce consistent standards across the Data Platform Engineering organization Collaborate with program managers and product line teams to implement operating models and reporting standards Drive adherence to program management processes and ensure relevant artifacts are consistently captured and stored Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of the Data Platform Engineering organization landscape to identify and address blockers, gaps, and dependencies Facilitate iteration and quarterly planning using Jira for multiple product teams Maintain data integrity by ensuring team commitments are accurately reflected in the program management tool Validate that Epics are well-defined with accurate estimates and continuous refinement Track scope changes, issues, and risks within Jira while adhering to program guidelines Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies identified by the finance team Requirements – education & experience 2 - 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Delivery Manager Nice-to-have / preferred skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Prior software development experience Employment details – type, location, hours 4 days on site Requirements Languages English — Professional working proficiency
