In this volunteer role, you will be responsible for organizing and running practices, developing player skills, managing game-day strategy, and fostering a positive, competitive team culture. The season runs approximately 3 months, with afternoon to late evening commitments depending on the day's schedule.Responsibilities:Plan and conduct team practices focused on skill development, fitness, and tactical awarenessLead the team during games, making in-game adjustments and motivating playersCommunicate with players, parents, and school administrationEnsure player safety and uphold sportsmanship standardsTrack player progress and provide constructive feedbackQualifications:Prior soccer coaching or playing experience at the high school level or above preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to commit to a 3-month season with afternoon and evening availabilityBackground check required
