Candidate must be a US citizen. Job Description: The Senior Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for federal government and commercial contracts. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and developing recruitment strategies that attract qualified candidates, particularly for roles requiring security clearances. The Senior Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle but will not have direct reports. They will ensure compliance with all federal hiring regulations and provide exemplary candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The position will require occasional travel, as needed, to the Lanham, MD HQ office.
