2nd Shift Production Leader

We are currently seeking a Production Leader to join our team in our Tunkhannock, PAlocation. This position is full-time, daily hours do vary depending on the site workflow. Primary schedule will be 3:30pm - 12:30 am Monday through Friday. Weekends as requested by customer. This position directs and coordinates production change overs and ensures the PO’s are fully produced.Monitors and evaluates production income on each line hourly and ensures the changes overs are accomplished quickly. This position coordinates the line projects in a manner to ensure the best for line staff and timing. This position will be the go to person for all Team Leaders and will assign lines to each team leader daily. This position will make sure that ALL production paper work is gathered and done correctly before turning into Quality Department for batch release. Committed to promoting a team environment and help the Site Manager effectively train new employees to meet production requirements. Consults Site Quality Control Supervisor on product quality issues and makes sure that Logistics team and QC team are always prepared with the appropriate documentation in time to meet quick change overs. QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years minimum supervisor experience with some mechanical experience Excellent human relation, leadership, and communication (written and verbal) skills. The ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. Experience using RTCIS (Real Time Computerized Inventory System). Experience with computers and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to understand, follow rules, and must have minimal general math knowledge Must know and meet minimal expectation for ALL production line positions.
